How to Order
| Each of Linda's publications is available
in Cerlox plastic comb binding. To place an order, please
open the PDF Order Form (link below), fill it out
on screen using Adobe Reader 7.0+, and mail it to
the address at the top of the Form along with your payment.
The prices quoted include all taxes. We accept both cheques
and money orders. (see NOTE below for further info on
using the Order Form.) |

If you are having difficulty
opening the Form, please check your browser pop-up settings. If
you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or earlier, or prefer
to use the old Form, .
U.S. & OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
Please note that all the postage charges on this site and
on the Order Form apply to Canadian addresses only. All other
customers are requested to contact Linda (,
phone, regular mail) with the details of your order, state
and zip code. The books will be packaged and taken to Canada
Post, in order to determine the actual postage; Linda will
then contact you with the total amount (in U.S. $) and will
ship your order as soon as payment is received.
CALCULATING POSTAGE & HANDLING
(Canada): For orders of two or more BOOKS and/or
SPECIALS, take the highest individual postage cost and add
an additional amount of $2.00 for each subsequent item. If
you use either Order Form (above), this total will be calculated
automatically.
Gift Certificates are
also available in any denomination. for further info.
NOTE: Several features
were recently added to the order form for users of Adobe Reader
7.0+:
- Drop down list: You can select your
purchases from a list of books / specials; click the arrow
at the right of the 'Book Name' column. HOWEVER, the 'Price'
and 'Postage' columns are not automatic and must be filled
in manually.
- 'SAVE' button: Once the form is completed on
screen, you may use this button to save it locally on your
computer (PDF format) for printing or for your records.
- 'EMAIL' button: Once the form is completed on
screen, you may use this button to email it to Linda. Please
note that this speeds up the initial order processing, however
payment by 'snail mail' is still required before an order
ships.
